Engaging New Playspace

SCHOEFFEL PARK, HORNINGSEA PARK - STAGE 1
Liverpool City Council

Schoeffel Park in Horningsea Park, a key focus for development by Liverpool City Council, was transformed as part of Stage 1 of their capital improvement strategy works. Council aimed to create new facilities for the enjoyment of the local community by turning the Park into a more aesthetically pleasing and welcoming recreation space for residents.

The project included delivery of an innovative shaded children’s playground, installation of park furniture and outdoor gym area, landscape and beautification works, new pathway networks together with an entry statement.

The playground equipment has been carefully curated to emphasise accessibility and provide an engaging challenge for all ages and features a skytower with 3 slides, nest swing, seesaw, trampoline, drum, flowers and xylophone. Shaded seating makes it easy for parents to keep a close eye on their kids and allow families to enjoy a snack.

The Park looks simply fantastic!
