Marvellous Local Playspace

Upgrade works at Grimson Park are now complete! Liverpool City Council’s capital improvement strategy identified the West Hoxton Park for an upgrade transforming it to a quality local park providing a range of leisure offerings for locals including a new, larger playground connected by meandering path networks, picnic shelters, tables and seating, carpark construction and landscaping.

Our works also incorporated the demolition and removal of existing playground and picnic settings, earthworks, concrete paving, new Park brick entrance and signage.

The spaghetti climbing structure, triple swing set and inclusive carousel – already a hit with the local children! – complemented with a water refill station, bollards, bike racks, sandstone logs and sandstone retaining walls, have ensured these new facilities now provide a marvellous recreational space for residents and visitors!
